Lean1 Vegan ChocoNut Maccaroons
You will need:
2 scoops Lean1 Vegan Chocolate
1/2 cup almond milk
2 cups shredded coconut
2 tbsps. peanut butter
2 tbsps. coconut flour
1/4 tsps salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. In a food processor, combine Lean1 Vegan Chocolate, shredded coconut, salt and flour. Add in vanilla extract and peanut butter. Slowly add in almond milk till you get the right consistency. Roll dough into balls and place it in a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!

1 cup sliced papaya
1 tsp chopped ginger
1/2 cup plain yogurt

1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup Raspberries
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp. almond butter
Directions
In a blender for food processor, mix all ingredients. Transfer in a freezer-safe container. Chill in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours. Serve and enjoy!

Mango Oatmeal Cookies
You will need:
2 scoops Lean1 Chocolate
1 cup mangoes
3 bananas
2 cups oats
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp. honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a bowl mash bananas and mangoes. Whisk in peanut butter and honey. Add in the oats and Lean1 Chocolate.
With a spoon, drop mixture in a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15min. Remove and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy!
